Q: Is a wife allowed to leave the husband when he needs her and go and pray witr namaaz?
A: If there is sufficient time for her to perform her witr Salaah, then she should fulfil the needs of the husband and thereafter perform the witr Salaah.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
