Q: I am asking for help that my father needs. Since years he is not well financially. He tried everything he could but debt keeps increasing. He works day and night to look after his family but he doesn’t succeed. Few years back he escaped from a big car accident, later few years got a new car and he had been assaulted and injured badly, recently while driving his car suddenly set on fire and exploded but mashallah he is well. Now his debts keeps increasing. I am his son and I am really worried about him. I would really appreciate if mufti saheb can help.
A: A Mu’min, in whichever condition he may be, should turn to Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى). The solutions of all problems lie in the hands of Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى). In order for one to receive the mercy of Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) and barkat in his life, one should ensure that he is leading a life according to the Sunnah and not displeasing Allah Ta’ala at any time. One should be conscious of observing purdah, guarding the eyes and the tongue and performing the five daily Salaah in the Musjid with Jamaat on it’s prescribed time. Similarly one should ensure that one always remains in pious company so that one is not lured towards sin.
Apart from adhering to the above, ask your father to recite يَا وَهَّابُ and اَللّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلَالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ abundantly after his five daily Salaah. May Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) assist him in settling his debts and bless him with halaal sustenance and happiness.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
