Dividing an Estate Among a Son, 4 Daughters, and a Widow: What to Know

Q: How will the estate of a deceased be divided among one son, 4 daughters and a widow.

Note: Parents have already passed away.

Bismillaah

A: The estate will be divided into 48 equal shares and distributed as follows:

Wife will receive 6 shares

Son will receive 14 shares

Each daughter will receive 7 shares

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
