Q: How did Nabi Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) cut his nails? 

Bismillaah

A: There is only mention of starting from the right and ending at the left. Look at Shamaail-e-Tirmizi.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
