Woman trimming split ends

Q: As a female, am I allowed to trim my hair because of split ends and hair breakages if a trim could make it healthier. I dont have a habit of cutting it generally.

Bismillaah

A: If the hair is sufficiently long you may just trim off the split ends.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
