When does zuhr time end?

Q: Does zuhr time expire at the beginning of Asr shafi’i or at Asr hanafi time?

Bismillaah

A: Zuhr time will end according to us with the commencement of the Hanafi Asr time and the Zuhr time for the shafi`ees will end with the commencement of the Shafi`ee Asr time.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
