Duration of iddat after a DNC

Q: If a woman has been given 1 talaq and during her iddat she has some female problems and has a D&C (cleaning of the womb), will her iddat end after the D&C?

Bismillaah

A: The iddat will end after the 3 monthly courses.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
