Relations after haidh before making ghusal

Q: Can husband and wife have sex when menstruation period is over but she has not taken ghusal after that?

Bismillaah

A: No, if one complete namaaz time has not ended after the termination of the haidh.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
