Q: I have been struggling to conceive and would like to know if I gather a group of people to read zikr/Quran etc, with the sole purpose of it being to assist in conception; what should one get the group to recite and what number of times?

Bismillaah

A: The best is that you make du`aa after every fardh namaaz and ask your parents and family to do the same.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
