Ma’zoor wearing khuffs

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Please explain regarding the rules pertaining to leather socks for a female who is ma’zoor (and making wudhu for every salaah due to discharge) and whether the socks have to be removed when making the wudhu?

Bismillaah

A: She should make wudhu at the beginning of every Salaah time and thereafter perform her Salaah. If she makes wudhu and thereafter puts on the leather socks, then it will be permissible for her to make masah on it. If she is a musaafir, then she can make masah on it for three days and three nights and if she is not a musaafir, she can make masah on it for one day and one night.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
