Q: In Mecca, inside Safwa Towers there is a very large prayer area (with its own sound system, recitation coming direct from the Haramain Sharifain Imam). Does this area come under the precinct of the Haramain? In other words, do I get the same reward as praying inside the Haramain Sharifain as praying in the Safwa Towers’ prayer area?
A: We have not seen the exact location of the prayer room in the Safwa Towers. Hence we are unable to inform you of the Shar’ee ruling of following the Salaah of the Haram from that point.
