Answer:

 

 

If the person masturbates and ejaculated too then he will have to make Qadhaa of these fifteen fasts and he should also continue repenting.  There will be no Kaffarah for this type of action.  (Raddul Muhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 109, Ahsanul Fataawaa, Vol. 4, Page 455)
