I wanted to ask you – can I sell my husbands property if it is Haraam? Like his TV and video – when he goes for 40 days I plan to get rid of it…….
Answer:
It is impermissible to keep a TV and a video, but in this case they are still taken to be in the husband’s possession and the wife has no right over his possessions without his permission like any other person.
