Kindly confirm that in the light of the Shari’ah, is it allowed for a muslim to work in an organization that is owned by a Qadiani family? Or how good or bad is it to do business with Qadianis?

If the owner of the company is Qadiani, then as long as they are producing Halal (lawful) products, and they do not instruct their workers to do any such work that is against Islam or muslims, it is permissible to work in their company. But, to show an abhorrence of Qadianis and Qadianism, it is better to not work there.
