doctor grind my teeth then put crown on them with permanent past which also stick little bit on my gums permanently and there is also little bit spaces or holes on roots side is it jaiz for ghusal

الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

Wudhu and Ghusl (ablution and bath) will be valid even without removing the referred paste. It is not necessary to remove it.
