Wife performing Ṣalāh next to husband

During the current lockdown, my wife and I are performing congregational Ṣalāh at home. Due to the limited space in the room, it is difficult for her to be entirely behind me. If she stands to my right side 2-3 steps behind, is the Ṣalāh valid?

The Ṣalāh is valid as long as her feet are behind your feet.
