ما من شيء إلا له توبة إلا صاحب سوء الخلق فإنه لا يتوب من ذنب إلا عاد في شر منه
Answer:
Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha).

‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahullah) has declared one of the narrators a liar.

Translation
There is [hope for] forgiveness for every [evil], except for a person who has evil character. For he does not repent from a sin except that he reverts to something worse.
