Is this authentic?
Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu) narrates that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “Whenever you eat or drink, read the following du’a and no sickness from the food will affect you, even if the food has poison:
‘Bismillahil ladhi la yadurru ma’asmihi shay-un fil ardi wa la fis sama-i Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyumu‘
Answer
Imam Daylami (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration. However, the chain consists of a fabricator and an extremely weak narrator. The Hadith is not suitable to quote.
