Is it permissible for an Alim from India to recite 40 Daruds loudly in a gathering after his Bayaan in Ramadan?

In Ramadhan an alim from India prays 40 daruds loudly in a gathering after his bayaan. Is this permissible or not? If yes, please tell me the reasons why? As I have heard this is not allowed.

(Fatwa: 299=293/M)

Durood Sharif is a cause of barakah and blessing in itself; therefore there is nothing wrong in reciting durood after sermons, but sticking to reciting durood forty times after sermon collectively and loudly is not approved. Yes, if anyone recites durood loudly for people inconstantly then there is no matter whatsoever.
