Is this Hadith authentic?
Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Verily, from amongst my Ummah, there will be some people [i.e. ‘Ulama, martyrs and the pious] who will intercede for a large group of people and some who will intercede for a tribe, and some who will intercede for a small group, and some who will intercede for a single man, until they all enter Jannah”
Answer:
Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Abu Sa’id Al Khudri (radiyallahu ‘anhu). He has declared the Hadith sound (hasan).
