Is this narration reliable?

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“The businessmen will be raised up on the Day of Resurrection sinful, except those who feared Allah, were honest [refrained from fraud and embezzlement] and were truthful”

Answer

Imams Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah (rahimahumallah) have recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Rifa’ah ibn Rafi’ (radiyallahu ‘anhu). Imam Tirmidhi and Imam Ibn Hibban have declared the Hadith authentic.

I have come across this hadith and have a few question:   Abu Musa’ reported that Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: When it will be the Day of Resurrection Allah would deliver to every Muslim a Jew or a Christian and say: That is your RESCUE from Hell-Fthe   what is meant by deliver? the hadith says every muslim, so does that include the sinful ones such as one who steals or murders? does it mean every jew or christian, even ones who do good deeds? and with this hadith: Abu Burda reported on the authority of his father that Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: No Muslim would die but Allah would admit IN HIS STEAD a Jew or a Christian in Hell-Fire again, when it says no muslim, does it mean sinful muslims as well such as a muslim murderer  and what is meant by in his stead? does it mean any jew or christian, even the good ones?
