Make du’a and have conviction that Allah will answer your du’a

ادعوا الله وأنتم موقنون بالإجابة

Answer

Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded this as part of a longer Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu).

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 3479)

Translation

Supplicate to Allah in a while you have conviction that he will accept [your du’a].

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
