Is there any Hadith wherein Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) used the words ‘Ulama Su’ [Evil Scholars]?

I have not come across a Hadith wherein Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) specifically used the term ‘Ulama Su/علماء السوء’, however there are several narrations wherein Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) made reference to this in different words. See here and here.
Imams Darimi and Bayhaqi (rahimahumallah) have recorded a narration wherein ‘Isa (alayhis salam) used these words.
