An unreliable narration about the punishment for murder

Is this narration authentic?

قاتل الحسين في تابوت من نار عليه نصف عذاب أهل الدنيا

Answer

‘Allamah Sakhawi (rahimahullah) quotes Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) who states, ‘This Hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Ali (radiyallahu ‘anhu) with an extremely weak chain.’

The Hadith should not be quoted.

(Al Maqasidul Hasanah, Hadith: 753)
