Is this Hadith authentic:
عن عائشة قالت: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: اللهم إني أسألك باسمك الطاهر الطيب المبارك الأحب إليك، الذي إذا دعيت به أجبت، وإذا سئلت به أعطيت، وإذا استرحمت به رحمت، وإذا استفرجت به فرجت قالت: وقال ذات يوم: يا عائشة هل علمت أن الله قد دلني على الاسم الذي إذا دعي به أجاب؟قالت: فقلت: يا رسول الله، بأبي أنت وأمي فعلمنيه، قال: إنه لا ينبغي لك يا عائشة ، قالت: فتنحيت وجلست ساعة، ثم قمت فقبلت رأسه، ثم قلت: يا رسول الله، علمنيه، قال: إنه لا ينبغي لك يا عائشة أن أعلمك، إنه لا ينبغي لك أن تسألي به شيئا من الدنيا ، قالت: فقمت فتوضأت، ثم صليت ركعتين، ثم قلت: اللهم إني أدعوك الله، وأدعوك الرحمن، وأدعوك البر الرحيم، وأدعوك بأسمائك الحسنى كلها، ما علمت منها، وما لم أعلم، أن تغفر لي وترحمني، قالت: فاستضحك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثم قال: إنه لفي الأسماء التي دعوت بها
Answer
Imam Ibn Majah (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith with a weak chain. The du’a is suitable to practice upon as is the case with Hadiths of this nature.

Translation
Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) says, “I heard Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) say,
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الطَّاهِرِ الطَّيِّبِ الْمُبَارَكِ الْأَحَبِّ إِلَيْكَ، الَّذِي إِذَا دُعِيتَ بِهِ أَجَبْتَ، وَإِذَا سُئِلْتَ بِهِ أَعْطَيْتَ، وَإِذَا اسْتُرْحِمْتَ بِهِ رَحِمْتَ، وَإِذَا اسْتُفْرِجَتَ بِهِ فَرَّجْتَ
Allahumma inni as-aluka bismikat tahirit tayyibil mubarakil ahabbi ilayka, alladhi idha du’ita bihi ajabta, wa idha su-ilta bihi a’tayta wa idhasturhimta bihi rahimta, wa idhastufrijta bihi farrajta
One day he said, ‘O ‘Aaishah, do you know that Allah has informed of that Name which if He is called by, He responds?’ I said: ‘O Rasulullah! May my father and mother be sacrificed for you! Teach it to me.’ He said: ‘It is not appropriate that you know it, O ‘Aaishah.’ So I moved aside and sat for a while, then I got up, kissed his head and I said: ‘O Rasulullah! Teach it to me.’ He said: ‘It is not appropriate that I teach it to you, O ‘Aaishah, for you should not ask for any worldly things by means of it.’
She says, ‘So I got up, made wudu and performed two rak’ahs and said:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَدْعُوكَ اللَّهَ، وَأَدْعُوكَ الرَّحْمَنَ، وَأَدْعُوكَ الْبَرَّ الرَّحِيمَ، وَأَدْعُوكَ بِأَسْمَائِكَ الْحُسْنَى كُلِّهَا، مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهَا، وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ، أَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي وَتَرْحَمَنِي
Allahumma inni ad’ukAllah, wa ad’ukar Rahman, wa ad’ukal Barrar Rahim, wa ad’uka bi asmaikal husna kulliha, ma ‘alimtu minha wa ma lam a’alam an taghfirali wa tarhamani
Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) smiled and said, ‘It is among the names by which you just supplicated.’”
