Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) engaging in household chores

Is there an authentic Hadith stating that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would engage in household chores?

Answer

1) Aswad (rahimahullah) says, “I asked ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha), ‘What would Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) do in his house?’ She said, ‘He would do household chores, i.e. serve his family. When it was time for Salah, he would go out for Salah.”

(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 676)

2) Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) was asked, ‘What would Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) do in his house? She replied, ‘He would sew/mend his garments, repair his shoes and do just as men [normally] do in their homes”

(Sahih Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 5677)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
