The simple natural way of Ibrahim (‘alayhis salam)

What is the authenticity of the following narration:

“I have been sent with the simple natural way of Ibrahim (‘alayhis salam)”

Answer

Imam Ahmad (rahimahullah) has recorded the Hadith in question several times with variation in the wording.

(Musnad Ahmad, vol. 6 pg. 116 and vol. 5 pg. 266)

‘Allamah Sakhawi (rahimahullah) has declared the chain of narrators which appear in the first reference I have provided as sound (hasan). Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) has declared the [text] of the Hadith as authentic (sahih).

(Refer: Al Maqasidul Hasanah, Hadith: 214 and Kashfus Sitr ‘An Hukmis Salah Ba’dal Witr, pg. 37/38)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
