Is there any Hadith which states that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) loved cucumber?

Yes. Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded a Hadith on the authority of Sayyidah Rubayyi’ bint Mu’awwidh (radiyallahu ‘anha) which states that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) loved cucumber. ‘Allamah Munawi and ‘Allamah ‘Azizi (rahimahumallah) have declared the chain sound (hasan).
