Reciting the last two verses of Surah Tawbah

What is the status of the following Hadith?

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“The one who continuously reads ‘Laqad ja-akum Rasulum min anfusikum’ till the end of the Surah [Surah Tawbah, verse 128 and 129] will not face a death through something collapsing on him, drowning, (being) burnt or being struck by iron”

Answer

The Hadith in question appears in the book ‘Fadhailul Quran Fi Raghaibil Quran’. ‘Allamah ‘Iraqi (rahimahullah), the teacher of Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al ‘Asqalani (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith as weak.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.
