Q: What is the correct date of birth of our beloved Nabi (Sallalahu Alaihi Wasallam)?

A:
Haamidaw wa Musalliyaa

Although it is famously recorded in the books of history that the blessed birth of our Nabi (Sallalahu Alaihi Wasallam) occurred on the 12th of Rabi’ul Awwal. However, according to the preferred view of the scholars and historians, Nabi (Sallalahu Alaihi Wasallam) was born on the 8th of Rabi’ul Awwal. (Seeratul Mustafa)
