I went for Umrah few days ago (by the grace of Allah). Some people in my masjid said that they heard from Ulemas that wrting the 85th Aya of Surah Qassas on the wall of Kaabah with the finger while taking there names, Allah will call them again and again for Umrah.
إن الذي فرض عليك القرآن لرادك إلى معاد
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Answer:
May Allah accept your Umrah and take you there again and again. Aameen.
It is possible the practice is tried and tested. One may practise on what is tried and tested on condition he/she does not regard it as compulsory. If it is successful, it is Allah that put the effect in the practice. It is our belief that the effect in anything is with the order of Allah.
