Should one say Takbir Tahreema before non-congregational prayers (prayers not prayed in Jamaat)?

Answer:
Takbeer Tahreema is from the fardh of Salah. If it is missed, then even a Sajdah Sahwa is not enough to validate your salah. Salah will have to be repeated. It is Fardh for all congregational and non-congregational prayers. (Bahishti Zewar, Chapter of Salah)
