Question:
Should we pray 4 rakah Zuhr احتياطا after the Jumuah Salah if there are multiple Jumuah prayers in a city or masjid? If so, who should do it (smaller masajid or all)?

Answer:
There is no need to pray Zuhr prayer when someone prays Jumuah prayer since it is a substitute for Zuhr prayer on Friday. Only someone who misses the Jumuah prayer needs to pray Zuhr. Imam Al-Quduri explains that even a person who is not required to pray Jumuah, such as women and children, will be exempted from praying Zuhr prayer if they perform the Jumuah prayer.[1]
