Can Muslims avoid income tax living in Western countries?

Answer:

Walaykum Assalam,

When a person signs (becomes a citizen) and agrees to abide by the laws of a certain country, then it becomes binding that he/she should follow all the laws of that country that are not contrary to Islam.
