Are we allowed to use lotions that contain Synthetic Urea?

Are we allowed to use lotions that contain Synthetic Urea?

Answer:

Synthetic urea is created from synthetic ammonia and carbon dioxide and can be produced as a liquid or a solid. The process of dehydrating ammonium carbamate under conditions of high heat and pressure to produce urea.

Based on the above description, synthetic urea in the lotion is permissible as there are no actual impermissible ingredients in it. However, if the lotion is made from actual animal urine, it will not be permissible.
