Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah

In the name of ALLAH the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

It is permissible for you to get remarried with a new nikah and a new dowry, as khul’ is equivalent to one talaq ba’in.

However, great consideration and caution should be taken before remarrying. It would be advisable to seek some form of marriage counselling if you do decide to remarry, to ensure that the same problems and mistakes are not made again.
