Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah

I am looking to get a nikkah done, but the lady I want to marry has no wali in the UK. can the nikkah still happen? Also, do you conduct the Nikkah at your institute?

In the name of ALLAH the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

According to the Hanafi Madhab, Nikah of a Baalighah girl without a Wali is valid.

(Raddul Muhtaar V9 P342)

Although permissible, it is not advisable to do so due to the many complications that may arise. Also, it is important for a healthy marriage that one has the blessing of one’s parents.

As regards to your second question, we do not conduct the nikah at Darul ilm.

Only Allah knows best.
