Jazakallah.

Eagerly await for a response.

Answer:

Bismillah

‘Using such medications affects a woman, thus, without a necessary need, she should avoid using it.’

(JadeedFiqhi-massil p.243 v.1)

With regards to your question about Hajj it is best to avoid using pills etc if one can go without them. If there is a need (ie her stay is very short and without them it is not possible) then she is permitted.

‘When a woman starts her menses or post-natal bleeding she will not fast and she will make qadha when she becomes clean.’

(Al Mukhtasar al Qudoori, Book of Fasting, Page 54, QadeemiKutub Khana).

In regards to Ramadan, there is no need as she is will miss fasting on the days of her menses and then make qadha of them after Ramadan.

Only Allah knows best.
