Attach the original or Xerox copy of the talaq papers that your husband sent through wakil along with this istifta, and then we can write the Shariah ruling about occurrence of the talaq. If it is in other language other than Urdu then send its translation in Urdu.
Whatever you have been seeing in your home for two years, it is very difficult to say anything about it without knowing the true situation. If you consult any local expert Amil then you can come out with some solution.
