Is the procedure of making niyat for Esal-e-Sawab correct?

Dear Mufti Saheb, Assalamu alaikum, I wish to donate a property for the purpose of Esal-e-Sawab. For this I wish to make a niyat that Allah bestow its reward first to Prophet [sal allahu alaihi was sallam], then to all his family members, to all the Sahabas, to Taba’een, Tabe-Taba’een, to all the auliyss & mashaikhs, to all my family memebrs both alive and dead among them, then to all the momin brothers and sisters who have passed away, those who are present and those who are due to come till the day of qiyamah. Is is procedure of making niyat for Esal-e-Sawab correct. Please guide me. Jazakallh khair,
