What is the value of a property to be considered for zakah calculation?

I have purchased a property whose amount I am suppose to give in 4 years in installments. This purchase and payment is completely interest free. Till now I have paid some 4 to 5 installments. So do I need to consider the money that I have paid till now in Zakat amount calculation?

There is no zakah on the amount which you have paid.
