As salaam alai’kum Mufti Saheb, My question is about Qadha Salah. I did see yr response to question nbr 1163 under Sawm(Fasting) section .. Fatwa nbr 798/745=B, however i would like to know if .. for ex .. someone has missed 10Fajr Salah .. so what should be the neeyat done..for the first qadha should be say ..1st qadha .. for 2nd ..2nd qadha salah .. or please guide.. In the abovementioned case, the easier way for him is to make intention that he was making qaza of first or last Fajr prayer, while at second time he would make intention of making qaza of second Fajr, and so on:
والأسھل نیۃ أول ظھر علیہ أو آخر ظھر، وفي الشامي: أي فیما إذا وجد المزاحم کظھرین من یومین (شامی 2:96)
