Salaams if you can’t remember how many qadha ssalaah you missed, how do yo make intention for those salaah when doing qadha.

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh
If one cannot remember the exact amount of missed Salaats, then one should apply one’s mind and make an estimation of the missed fardh and witr salaats and make up for them. It is advisable to make an over estimation to be safe. The exact dates of the qadha Salaats is not necessary. The intention of the missed Salah should be, for example, I am praying the first qadha Salah of Fajar. Once that Fajar has been performed, the next Fajar will be the first qadha of Fajar. The same procedure should be followed for all missed Salaats. [1]

وإذا كثرت الفوائت يحتاج لتعيين كل صلاة” يقضيها لتزاحم الفروض والأوقات كقوله أصلي ظهر يوم الإثنين ثامن عشر جمادى الثانية سنة أربع وخمسين وألف وهذا فيه كلفة “فإن أراد تسهيل الأمر عليه نوى أول ظهر عليه” أدرك وقته ولم يصله فإذا نواه كذلك فيما يصليه يصير أولا فيصح بمثل ذلك وهكذا “أو” إن شاء نوى “آخره” فيقول أصلي آخر ظهر أدركته ولم أصله بعد فإذا فعل كذلك فيما يليه يصير آخرا بالنظر لما قبله فيحصل التعيين
