I recently got married and came to Saudi Arabia. Once I heard from one of my Pakistani friend while having general discussion, suddenly he said husband cannot kiss or suck breast and nipple while having sex with his wife. Because Allah has already reserved that places for her Kids to feeding milk from their mother’s breast by sucking nipples. Please give an answer in the light of the holy Quran and hadith, can husband kiss or suck breast and nipple of his wife even though wife has milk in her breast or empty of milk her breast. Please let me know is there any Islamic book in English or Hindi, how to have sex with wife and how to fulfill all kinds of rights for his wife.

(1) Though it is allowable but if milk goes in the mouth then it is haram to swallow it one should spit it out. And nikah shall remain intact as usual due to this act though one shall be sinful if swallows the milk.
