Proceed to do good deeds and try to follow the sunnah. In-sha-Allah, you will be loved by family members, relatives and friends. In order to protect yourself from enemies, recite the below mentioned verse 11 times after every salah:
ربنا لا تجعلنا فتنۃ للقوم الضالین ونجنا برحمتک من القوم الکافرین
