Is it permissible to copy in exams with the permission of the examiner?

Is it permissible to copy in exams with the permission of examiner(without bribe)if ever copied what can i do, for eg.i have just passed my mbbs exam, if i have copied and passed then how about the money i earn after getting my degree passing because of copying with the permission of my exaners(without bribing them).. is it allowed in islam?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1002/867=B/1429)

It is not permissible to copy in the exam. As far as medical practice is concerned, if you are well-versed and experienced in treatment then it is allowed for you to choose the profession and your income shall be Halal. And if you do not have sufficient knowledge and experience then it is not allowed for you to opt for the profession.
