My brothers and my self intend to construct 3 star hotel in our fathers land. We have learnt that 3 Star Hotel status would be provided if we also have an Alcohol Bar in it. Our business moto is to provide shelter and food to our clients, but as it would be mandatory to have a bar, we have to run it and if a client comes he has to be serviced. Please guide us properly so as to start our Hotel. Can we construct the hotel and lease it out?

According to Shariah, it is haram and unlawful for a Muslim to keep wine, alcohol etc in his hotel and sell and buy it. It is not lawful for you to run such hotel. Instead you should give it on lease.
