The unnecessary delay in offering sunnah salah after fardh is makrooh. It is mentioned in hadith that the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to make a delay only equal to this dua اللهم انت السلام الخ after salam. The gap of 30 minutes is too long. One should offer sunnah immediately after the fardh.
