Asslamoalekum wrwb izzat maab Mufti saheban please guide us in the light of Quran & Hadees in Brunei Shafi Mazhub prctices .my question is they pray in all Masajid same time all five time daily prayers but people comes late due to their engagments and make jamat so what is the ruling when the imam of the musjid has already finish the jamat then after word people coming in and forming jamat as the salat in congiration is better in the eyes of Allah swt 2nd question is about Namaz Janaza people coming in in Blocks and offering Namaz Janaz till the janaza taken to qabrustan. You should ask any Shafei Alim or Mufti about rulings related to the Shafei Fiqh. As we know two salah at a time can be performed only in journey according to Shafei Fiqh. According to Imam Shafei, it is not allowed to perform five times salah at a time daily. So far as to hold second jamat in the same mosque is concerned, it is allowed according to Imam Shafei without any undesirability (makrooh). As far as repeatedly offering funeral prayer on a dead person is concerned, you should ask any Shafei Mufti about the same.
