Answer

(Fatwa: 1772/1668=D/1429)

The word qiyamullai is common, it includes tahujjud as well as taravih, but generally it is used for tahajjud, while taravih is called qiyam Ramzan i.e. if qiyam is attributed to Ramzan it means taravih. It is Sunnah to perform 20 rakah taravih in the whole month of Ramzan before going to bed. As well, the Prophet (peace be upon him) offered tahajjud regularly round the year, which is 10 rakah beside three rakah witr i.e. 13 rakah.
